WHEN CAN I HOLD MY PARTY?
We find that Fridays and weekends are the best days for parties! Contact us to see if we’re available when you want us!
HOW DO I BOOK?
Making a booking is as simple as contacting us! Send us an email with some rough numbers, what date you’re thinking and how old the party-goers are and we’ll let you know the best packages for your needs!
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
We do require a 50% deposit paid upfront, and the balance and final attendance numbers are due 24 hours prior to the party.
CAN WE BYO FOOD/ALCOHOL?
For our under 18 parties we offer packages where finger food is an optional extra, but you are welcome to BYO food and cake!
For our 18+ parties, we offer special packages where finger food and alcohol are optional extras. If you wish to BYO alcohol, we charge a corkage fee of $3 per person.
CAN WE BRING DECORATIONS?
You sure can! If you wish to bring your own party decorations, feel free to come in a little earlier than your start time to set them up!
ARE PARENTS WELCOME TO STAY AND WATCH?
Definitely! Both our Tempe and Chullora locations have a dedicated space for spectators.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS?
Absolutely – in fact, we encourage it! If you would like professional quality photographs taken during the event, our packages offer a photographer as an optional extra.
CAN YOU COME TO US?
We will always recommend your party be held at our dedicated gyms, so you have full access to our equipment. However, we do offer travelling AAPES parties – contact us for more information.
